About Us

The congregation began in 1978 when several members in the area started meeting together in their homes. After renting rooms in Laconia, David Coombs  came to work with the congregation and soon they outgrew the location and moved to a larger facility in nearby Gilford, NH. The present facility, located at the corner of Mill Street and West Main Street in Tilton, NH, was purchased by the congregation in 1988.

 

 

The first Elders, Robert Monts and David Coombs, were appointed in 1995 and four Deacons were chosen to serve in the spring of 1996. The building was also enlarged and renovated in 1996. Robert Blouin was appointed an Elder in the spring of 2006. Presently serving as Deacons are Dan King, James Blake, Michael Reynolds and Shane Belanger.
